Interested too, to see that you studied with Jon Kabat Zinn, I completed the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction programme a few years ago here in Wales and found it very helpful.

Are you still in England or back on Canadian soil? Dharmavidya mentioned that you might be interested in helping out with plans for when he/they return to Ontario next January. Are you hoping to have them in Kitchemer or are you thinking you would like to help out with an event in London? I am hoping they will offer a weekend workshop on Buddhist Psychology and there is also a hope they might do something on Engaged Buddhism. What is your thinking?
