Hi, Dharmavidya and Prasad.

May this note find you both well, happy, and warm.

I am leaving on Christmas Day for Vietnam, for the Sakyadhitha Conference, so thought I send this off to you now. I will only be back a few days when you visit.

I have you booked in for our Members' Sitting, on January 18, at 7 p.m. Is it possible for you to let me know if you will be able to come into Hamilton earlier so that I can take you out to dinner, and a topic for your talk, so that I can let others know. Will you both be coming? I look forward to seeing you both again.

Metta,
Sister Tinh Quang

PS I tried to send this on Facebook, but have had difficulty with the email site today.

Hello Prasada,
I'm enjoying your 'Listening to the Other' book immensely - very challenged by it. I reallise how unaware I am of people's differences, and how dissmissive of people I am.......Its so easy to get one-sided in one's views of issues and personalities.....

Hello Caroline,

Hope you are well. I picked up a leaflet today about a psychology conference called "landscapes of the mind" taking place at the Eden project in Cornwall in September. It seems to link psychological health with our relationship with nature. I remembered the recent courseblock about "green therapy" and thought this might be of interest to you. Here is the link:

Thank you for taking the time to meet with Generva and myself when we visited the Buddhist house despite the fact that you were feeling under the weather. your directions to Oxford were easy to follow and we arrived in good time to meet with my cousin. In all the England trip was very successful, re connecting with family and having some time to site see. My cousin in Surrey who had the brain surgery is now at home and recovering well.. I hope that all is well with you and David. All the vbest Michael.

Hey, So good to hear from you again! Its like getting in touch with family you havent seen in awhile! I've always held a lot of love and friendship in my heart for you and David and those I have met through the Buddhist house. Yes, I was thinking it would be great to get up to the Buddhist House and see you one trip back. In the fall I am hoping to have a little extra time so maybe something would be possible then. After three years of living back in the USA Lindsey decided she wanted to do her "high school" years back with her old friends in England. So Mark lives and works mainly in UK and Rhiannon and I live mostly in US and we travel back and forth getting to spend time as a family every month or two. As you can imagine that is a whole story in itself! But we have all settled into things now and work at maintaining a balance between family needs and individual pursuits/ needs. And for the most part it works really well. Anyway, I'm going to have a look round the site and hopefully make some connections. Love to see that some one has a kids discussion board. I am going to encourage the girls to join. Please keep in touch. Would love to hear how you are as well!
Love, Heather

Dear Caroline
Nyassa and I have just sat down to sign her up for Amida Ning and we have not managed to get past the sign up screen. Unfortunately the Terms of Service do not allow for anyone under the age of 13 to register. Does this mean that either Helen or I will have to set up the Amida Kids group and then get the kids to use our profiles to interact within the group? Or do you have another suggestion?
Best regards
James

Dear Dharmavidya and Prasada, I want to thank you for all that you give on the psychotherapy course blocks. Your wisdom and your care for us students facilitates an incredible and profound learning experience. I am also very happy to have been welcomed into your sangha :-) It has been a blessed week. I hope you manage to rest a while in Devon. With love, Namo Amida Bu

thanks caroline, just got your comment. I went to my first amida meeting on Tuesday and certainly felt a calming peace after doing meditation, hopefully the first of many such experiences.

Thank you Prasada! I'm so happy to have find the way to Amida, with all the people, specially Dharmavidya and you, also the sangha in belgium and everywhere...even the Amida-trust-Internet!
And yes, I can understand that you would be in Amida-France last week...it was marvellous and good....but I think it's often marvellous there. I take the fruits with me to work tomorrow and when it is difficult, I'll try to remember Namo Amida Bu. Warm greetings, Katrien from Belgium
