I think it's highly unlikely that someone has got your email address from this site, as it is completely hidden. There are people abusing email all the time unfortunately, that's the downside of a free system. Once your email address is out there it's difficult to stop the spam mail, and it's all too easy for others to 'spoof' your address, and send as if they are you.
The best thing I can recommend is to get a good spam filter, and a good virus checker.
It is a primary health care project, particularly for people with HIV. I spent six months there eleven years ago and aq further month 3 years ago when amrita who founded the project along with eleven Zambians, died from malaria.

sorry about the delay replying, i have been away and now struggling to catch up. Contact has been lost with the project in Zambia now as it has gone into the hands of the people and i no longer have the contact for the project. however that is good as many things were started up to help people with HIV/Aids and their cares and these will continue with help from other quarters but avbove all from the people working together themselves. Great to hear about your work.
