- I am a psychology student at Rhodes University in Grahamstown, South Africa. I have been researching mindfulness meditation for four years and have a strong personal affliation with Buddhist spirituality. I also work with young children with various disorders such as autism and ADHD, and help run a soup kitchen for unemployed individuals.
