Very good to hear from you and sorry you have been so unwell. We miss you here. I do hope that post-op you are really now on the road to recovery.
Life has moved fast and also not at all at 118. We still meet on Monday evenings and Bracken still joins us when he doesn't have an external engagement such as hunting or sleeping. I have become chair of ASSIST. Mike is very involved in more and more it seems - much of it concerning conflict and working with conflict.
About once a month we are also doing sutra study on a Saturday or Sunday morning, and this is proving quite a lot of fun.
