I got a group of 16-17 year olds to do some chanting when I was teaching world religion at college, it worked well there were a few of the students who did not want to join in I found the boys were the best for joining in.

I have been interested in Amida for several years and am a member of several of the groups. I am interested in the ethos of the community and hope to become more involved. I took refuge in October and now have a mentor.

I have many interests, including gardening, cooking cycling, reading swimming and walking the dogs. I like poetry and enjoy walking along the beach when it is empty and the sea is wild.
