I came to the UK to study dance and I have now finished the course, after 3 years. I am interested in improvisation, not only as a form of dance but as a way of exercising consiousness. What is your interest in Amida Trust

I have studied dance for the reason that everyday movement was not enough for me. I found that, engaging with contemporary dance made my life more meaningful. During my degree I have become especially interested in movement and contact improvisation. I consider that this is a strength that I can offer, either as part of a group of people or simply by adapting movement to any other creative exploration.
