About Me:
I am a retired elementary school teacher and presently a certified yoga teacher. I am very happily married and have two wonderful daughters and a son-in-law. I'm interested in growing spiritually and have been involved in meditation and Buddhism for many years. The Amida Order resonates with me on many levels and I have recently joined a sangha in my community.

I met one of the London Ontario Amida Order members and facilitators a few months ago, and became interested in the group through our discussions of Buddhism.

I have an interest in the arts, especially dance. I enjoy art, music and some theatre. I enjoy travelling with my husband.
I love to cook, using fresh, organic food. I'm very health conscious and love to learn about anything that nurtures the mind, body or spirit!
I'm also a runner and completed my first marathon last year.
