I was introduced to Buddhism, in particular, the writings of Thich Nhat Hahn back in 1999, by a psychiatrist I was visiting. After practicing for a short while on my own, I eventually found the (what was then) Blue Heron Dharma Centre here in Hamilton. I continue to practice (meditation) and study (dharma) on my own, with the sangha and the support of founder and director, Su co Tinh Quang.
