Compassion fatigue | Is this what I am experiencing?

Good Day:Only recently I have felt what could be described as compassion fatigue. I am a psychotherapist who has taken the courses on it, has done much to prevent it, and as soon as I started digging deeper into Amida, I started shifting in how I viewed myself, the world and, my work.I no longer desire to work with trauma and betrayal, though do want to expand my work with wellness, stress reduction, life purpose and anxiety reduction. Though I have no intention of releasing my current clients…See More

Good Day:
