- I'm currently studying in the field of animal care and work part time at a Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, part time as a dog walker, and part time as a cook. This past year I received my Buddhist name, Shaku Ai-hou, and took the vows of Amida Buddha to do so. Part of what drew me to Buddhism was the idea that every living thing can be enlightened and is therefore seen as equal...which makes sense to an animal lover.

- Welcome Leah. I've never been to Winnipeg, though I've flown over it en route to the US. In fact I think its somewhere on the photos in our u-tube video at http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=y5xeCZMxhHM - about half way through. We flew over in January so it was pretty frozen but I guess you're warming up now?
