Is interseted in Buddhism and trying to find peace and tranquility in my life. I am currently reading David Brazier's "Zen Therapy - A Buddhist Approach to Psychotherapy" and have found it invaluable in trying to change the way I think and act in my life - thought is very difficult to change and is an ongoing journey!
