About Me:
I´m 25 years old. I´ve been practicing tibetan buddhism and soto zen for some time. I also practise martial arts -mainly Aikido, but also Tai Chi and Karate.
Nowadays I´m finishing the Master "Ethics and Democracy" in the University of Valencia.
I´m interested in reflecting on the different ways to help my society through the experiencie gained from the practise of meditation.
