I Can in the North East (Community Interest Company)

We offer our support services and deliver training programmes for any age group and from any background such as children, outreach young adults, disengaged adults, lone parents, workless adults, people with a disability or long term illness, ex-offenders, and minority ethnic groups including refugees and asylum seekers.

We assist particular client groups in removing labels that society has pinned on them from their past, and to take them in a new, focussed and exciting direction of where they want to be, label free, with a solid foundation and relevant skills to build a better life, leading them into education, employment or training.

The surplus monies made from "I Can in the North East" will also allow us to provide 24/7 supported training accommodation incorporating i can programmes for disengaged young adults aged 16 – 25 years.

I am a hardworking, resourceful, highly motivated, responsible, fit and healthy person who can problem solve, think out of the box and work well under pressure. I can communicate with people at all levels, with a “Hands On and Lead By Example” approach and I always maintain a positive attitude. I enjoy working to deadlines ensuring my quality of work does not diminish, whilst doing so. I am confident and always willing to improve myself both personally and professionally.
