I never have a great deal of confidence in my ability to write anything structured, although I speak in front of groups of people regularly  converting what I convey verbally to the written word seems to meet an obstruction somewhere between my mind and typing finger, I have to smile at myself sometimes, I can read an article for example Modgalas More Than Mindfulness and run off somewhere into a dark corner of my mind screaming "oh no I have a mental health problem",

Thanks to everyone for a wonderful Sunday afternoon and a wonderful service, I dropped  at home and he asked his mum for her Buddha statue and announced that he is now a Buddhist!, he showed her the Buddhist good bye Jnanamati!.

I've been  very busy over the last few months and I enjoyed the first Sunday Service I've been able to attend since the summer, I am still finding my feet and relatively new to Buddhism, any guidance would be gratefully received.
