I am a former Christian teacher & part time minister (educated in both the Baptist & nondenominational traditions) who became a Buddhist about four years ago in the Zen tradition. I later became involved with the Bright Dawn organization (followers of Rev. Gyomay Kubose's teachings) and am in training to become a Lay Minister with that organization.

There are any number to choose from. (Groups in top bar) I've put you on the list for our 'Whispers from the Bamboo Grove' occasional newsletters, which come by email and have you the most recent by email. You can see some of the back newsletters here. Also you might like to look at our magazine Running Tide . I hope that you'll enjoy making new friends here.
How about finding out about Monday Nembutsu practice? (Wherever you are and whenever suits, just sometime on Mondays). It's nice done in company, even if it's online company.
You are already familiar with the e-courses on Amida Academy - also look at the events running at the Eleusis centre in central France, where Dharmavidya is based (when he's not teaching around the globe) - more about it here on the website.
