It's fine that there is also a group on FOA, as I'm not on Facebook or anything else. And so good to start the week together, remembering our world-wide sangha and the world and Amida who shines in and on all. Namo Amida Bu

Monday is the day most of us feel the week starts with and so such a good day to start each week with us connected as Sangha with Amida. Namo Amida Bu

Even if we can't all sit in a room together we can feel connected, knowing that we are chanting and thinking of each other at some time during Mondays. All links in Amida's Golden Chain!

Of course many of us will be chanting at other times too - but we can start the week in the best of all ways, thinking of Amida and our sangha.

There was a song "I Don't Like Mondays", by the Boomtown Rats, written by Bob Geldof, that was a UK number one single for four weeks during the summer of 1979.

However we do like Mondays and at the start of every week we'll fill the cosmos with our nembutsus to say, 'Thank you, Amida!'
