Jodoshin-shu is one of the largest schools of Pureland Buddhism in Japan. We at Amida-shu have many friends in Jodoshin-shu. There is virtually nothing that is done in Jodoshinshu that is not also part of Amida-shu practice, though there will be some things that we do that Jodoshin-shu do not do. The under lying philosophy is virtually identical, however.

I attend the JodoShinshu temple here in Winnipeg Canada, our practices would be somewhat different I believe.
