Sorry to hear about that, Robert. Contain the fire by chant.

Thankful to hear what everyone is doing world wide. Sending positive thoughts to all.  Namo Amida Bu

Sure is a good time to chant..... I just got scammed by a bogus facebook friends request supposedly from an order member. Beware..   I sure don't need any additional Facebook fire while I am staying here. Best wishes to everyone joining the chant today. Namo Amida Bu

Enjoy your holiday, Andrew! This morning I was chanting quietly in the garden, looking at the pink light illuminating the city on the other side of the river. The advantages of having a puppy who needs an early trip outside (yawn). Namo Amida Bu

Couldn't get onto this site at all last week- the computer just wouldn't do it! I've done my Monday Nembutsu practice, which reminded me not to justify all the time. Tomorrow we're off to Normandy for 2 weeks which is quite luxurious when you don't currently have paid work but I paid for it in the Autumn when I did. Namo Amida Bu.

Namo Amida Bu. Good to see you here Steve.

Tuesdays are my Monday nembutsu as I don't go online on Mondays which are our Sabbath here at the temple after an often-busy Sunday. We had a great one this weekend, service then a volunteer day (& Wendy's falafel for lunch!) then a listening circle with 2 old friends attending and 2 new ones. I love that as we stay here longer it gives people a chance to come and go as the rhythms of their lives (or as Amida) dictate/s.Love to all.

Jnanamati, that sounds great. Namo Amida Bu! I haven't been on here for a while and I'll admit that it is due to laziness. I quit using yahoo for my email, but kept the email address and check it via Gmail. Gmail doesn't give me a hyperlink so I haven't followed along lately. I have a little more time right now since I can't go back to work right away after having my big toe fused. On the bright side, this gives me more time for reading and working on the Lotus Sutra study module for Vow 22. Namo Amida Bu
