Hi, My name is John I have been vegan for 18 years and believe in the Buddhist message of giving loving kindness to all sentient beings.

The very little I can do is to foster the abandoned dogs in the RSPCA. I am having eight of them running around my garden now.. the oldest being 15 years old . I would love to bring all of them who jump and cling on to me whenever I visit the Home.. what a sight!
