Today we had a first meeting with a part of the Belgian sangha and 3 members of Holland, with Dharmavidya and Sumaya for the ceremony for 3 people. We (the belgian sangha) always meet in a house of one of the members of the group and...it was a good day with 13 persons: chairing, chanting, eating and Dharma-talk and ceremony by Dharmavidya for Amida Kai (Anetta) and for Amida-Shu (Gerald and Katrien (me)).
It feels like a big present to may ànd to want to join the Amida-Shu. I feel great surrender and devotion, without losing myself; I feel connection, as a worldwide contact with people who want to live honest and nobel as a central theme in their life. It gives me support and strenght, love and patience for the difficulties in my work (psychotherapist and orthopaedagoge) ...and I need this to stay right up. I'll try to be a good person and I trust in the light and love of Amida.
I hope that more persons chair this site!

It was lovely to have you with us. The four of us - Kaspalita, Sumaya, Zeezee and myself all appreciated your goodwill, good humour, openness and energy. It was a lovely time. We have gone on with the transformation of the garden since you departed, but there is an open horizon in that respect - an infinite amount that one could do. Wonderful to have had your involvement in this place of the elements for this precious period. Namo Amida Bu.

5 days Amida-France...the chanting still sings in me and give me peace, connection with the earth, people and life. We talked, worked, meditated and maked a lot of joy and energy together. It was a source of refreching and reminding how important the Amida-buddhism is: I love and need this way of living, but I'm not ready to go totally for it. The first step is become member of Amida-shu on 26/4 in our Belgian sangha, also with Gerald, Leo and Anette of Holland and with Dharmavidya and Sumaya. To be in Amida-France was a good 'preparation' for this decision. It makes my 'yes' stronger, more consequently and with responsability in many littke things of daily life..even when I'll need discipline for it...and also support.
So life goes on in an intense and growing way...what feels good!

Hi everyone on this group. Please let others know about Amida Benelux who in what ever way might be looking/interested in the Other Buddhism.
