This is a very poignant quote for me now. So true. Lately I've been looking towards the open doors better. And as those that close close, I say goodbye and peace be with you. I know my work there was done and what I needed from that place, either fulfilled, never found, or may show up sometime in the future.
I suppose this hinges on the fact that we find impermanence and change difficult to accept and so we stand there mouths agape hoping or wishing that the door opens.
Where is that key that once opened that door? And who or what caused the other doors to appear and open?
Thank you for this - it's given me something to think about.
